Green Manufacturing

To know more about Manson Engineering Industrial Ltd

We continue to take positive steps toward green manufacturing, focusing on energy conservation, waste reduction, and carbon dioxide emission reduction. We commit to adhere to the latest RoHS materials and QC080000 code of practice.

In our efforts to conserve energy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, we have implemented solar water heating systems alongside gas-fired systems for hot water in the canteen and dormitory area. Solar lightings are used throughout the factory grounds, including the front gate, garden rest areas, and community areas, while energy-saving LED lights illuminate the workshops and production floors.

We have adopted the Recycle Burn In Chamber (RBC) for our most energy-intensive processes. The RBC allows us to recycle a portion of the electricity used in product burn-in back to the grid, significantly reducing cooling costs on the factory floor and achieving a 20-30% reduction in total carbon dioxide emissions.

Furthermore, we are transitioning from linear mode power supplies to highly efficient switching mode power supplies. Our new product development focuses on eco-friendly designs that promote reuse, easy recycling, and higher power conversion efficiency, aligning with the latest DOE, CEC, and ErP standards.
